How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for our free 7-day trial, you get access to our secure members area. Although not all features are available, you will be able to see the content provided to members and get a feel for the different tiers of membership. Once the trial is over, you can choose the membership option thgat’s right for you.
How often do you release new content?
We are constantly updating our content to keep it current and relevant. Usually there is new content weekly in the form of CEO blog posts, case studies, new templates and management guides. We also distribute a newsletter on a monthly basis which discusses featured topics and new member content.
What other features will be coming soon?
We are always working on new content to add value to our members. Currently, we are looking to add several major features to our membership offering. Podcast interview series, product and software reviews, surveys with results, white papers and small business training videos are a few things we are working. These are planned to be posted in the upcoming months.
Can I cancel at any time?
Of course. Although we would be sad to see you go, all membership plans offer the flexibility to be canceled at any time. This feature can be accessed from your membership account page. If you’re cancelling because you’re dissatisfied, please contact us so that we can try to remedy the situation or add a missing feature to our site.
What if I want to upgrade my membership?
Upgrading your membership plan is also available on your membership account page. You can upgrade at any time and that plan will remain in effect until you change it. Our Platinum membership plan offers a superior value without the hassle of monthly billing.
What if I have a specific business question?
We understand that not all business issues will be resolved through our collaborative membership features. This is why we’ve added the ability to submit a specific question directly to our experienced staff. They normally provide an answer within 48 hours.
